Ozilgoal Terms of Service: Rules for the Goal Video Tool

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Ozilgoal you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

You upload one photo and Ozilgoal uses AI to create a new 15-second vertical video of the person in the photo scoring a goal. The clip is generated, not filmed. Results vary between photos and between runs, and we cannot promise a particular look or likeness.

Ozilgoal is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mesut Özil, his representatives, any football club or any broadcaster.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• One video uses a fixed number of credits shown on the pricing page. Credits are valid for one year from purchase.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases.
• If a video fails to render, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. See the refund policy for refunds.

5. Your photo and your video

You keep your rights in your photo. You give us permission to process it, store it and send it to our AI providers only to make and deliver your video, as described in the privacy policy.

You may download the finished video and post it anywhere, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Please say it is AI-generated and do not present it as real match footage. The video contains no watermark added by us.

6. Photos you may and may not upload

You may upload only photos of yourself. When you upload, you confirm that the photo is of you, that you are 18 or older and that you have the right to use it.

You may not upload:

• photos of other people without their clear permission;
• photos of celebrities, public figures or athletes, or any attempt to impersonate someone;
• photos of anyone under 18;
• nude, sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise illegal content;
• anything that infringes someone else's rights or that you do not have the right to use.

7. Moderation and enforcement

We may refuse, remove or stop processing any upload or video that breaks these rules, and we may suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly or seriously. If you see content that should not be here, tell us through the contact page.

8. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. AI output can be wrong, odd or unlike the person in the photo. We do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
